Welcome to Becca Jules & Co. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of my website located at beccajules.co and the services provided by Becca Jules & Co. ("I," "me," or "my"). By accessing or using the Site and my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or my services.
1. Use of the Site

2.1 Service Description: I offer marketing, operations and client management services as detailed on the Site.
2.2 Project Proposals and Acceptance: Upon your request for services, I will provide a proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and fees. A contract will be formed once you accept the proposal, and both parties agree to the terms.
2.3 Payment: Payments are due as specified in the proposal. I accept payments via direct deposit, credit card, or wire transfer. Processing fees will be applied and outlined in the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership: I retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software.
3.2 License: Subject to these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal use.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential any confidential information disclosed by the other party. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, strategies, financial information, and project details.
4.2 Exclusions: Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known, rightfully received from a third party, or independently developed without use of the confidential information.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof. I make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site's content and assume no liability for any:
Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Site.
Any unauthorized access to or use of my servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Becca Jules & Co. from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your violation of any term of these Terms.
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

I may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and my services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion.
