60-Minute Consultation

Meet with Becca to dive in together and see if there is a fit. Tell her what keeps you up at night and where your major gaps and problems are (don’t worry, she also has a psychology degree).

Customized Proposal and Project Outline

This is where the collaboration begins. You’ll see how Becca/your fractional resource can fit into your current processes for a smooth transition. The goal is to clearly and efficiently set the stage for working together

Onboarding

You’ll have one more collaborative session for onboarding (i.e., providing access to platforms and adding to necessary communication channels). The outcome? We’re both confident that we’re ready to rock.
